With this pizza dough trick, you’ll be a pie-making pro in no time. Prep Time: 10 Minutes Yield: One large or two small pizzas.

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2%
  • 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour


  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and flour in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
  2. Knead on a floured surface until the dough is soft and pliable; about 5-8 minutes.
