Snack idea of the day! Tomatoes with Smoked Mozzarella & Sea Salt

It’s no Caprese salad, it’s just sliced tomatoes with smoked mozzarella and smoked sea salt. A simple, high protein snack idea that you can make in five minutes. There are lots of smoked sea salt varieties available, and you can find them inexpensively at stores like Marshall’s and Tuesday Morning. I get my smoked mozzarella at Trader Joe’s. If you can’t find it, use the best, fresh mozzarella you can find.
